     FACT
In a crash, drivers 70 years of age or

Decreased flexibility may cause rigidity or limited range
of motion in the neck, torso, arms, legs, or joints. Vertigo,
dizziness, or loss of balance can occur along with muscle
spasms or tremors that may cause you to lose control of
        your vehicle.
Simple range of motion exercises and stretches can
help slow down the loss of flexibility and relieve joint
stiffness. Not only can this help to improve strength
and flexibility in your daily life, but it can also benefit
        your safe driving skills.
