Tips for Golf Cart Drivers
r Remember that a
golf cart is a vehicle
and you are a driver.
r Always follow the
same rules of the
road, including
obeying street signs.
r The same vision
requirements needed for safe driving are also
needed to safely operate a golf cart.
r Do not ride on the sidewalk or bike trails, unless
properly signed and allowed.
r Do not travel over 20 m.p.h.
r When riding on shared paths, watch out for
pedestrians and bicyclists.
r Drinking and driving, even on a golf cart, is illegal.
